These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", "your") and mrcuci88 (hereinafter "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at mrcuci88.cam. By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming promotions — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on mrcuci88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You have not previously had an Account with mrcuci88 that was suspended, closed, or terminated for policy violations.

mrcuci88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account with mrcuci88. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and may result in forfeiture of cash balances pending investigation.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity number, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.
• Notify mrcuci88 immediately via Live Chat or email if you suspect your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Update your Account information promptly whenever any details change, including your email address, phone number, or residential address.

mrcuci88 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Malaysian Players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that:

mrcuci88 reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring procedures and to request source-of-funds documentation where deposits are deemed to warrant additional scrutiny under our AML compliance framework. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as published in the Platform's cashier section. mrcuci88 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processing fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider remain your responsibility.

Players may request withdrawals of eligible cash balance funds at any time, subject to the conditions set forth herein. The following processing time targets apply: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire and cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15–60 minutes. These are target ranges and not guarantees — processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional compliance verification is required.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available cash balance in your Account at the time of the request.

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• mrcuci88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of AML, fraud, or verification reviews.

mrcuci88 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard processed withdrawals. Any charges levied by receiving banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

mrcuci88 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus Funds not cleared within the validity period are forfeited automatically.

• mrcuci88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances will be given reasonable notice before any adverse modification takes effect.
• Abuse of bonus terms — including collusion, matched betting across accounts, or exploitation of system errors — will result in forfeiture of bonus balances and may result in Account suspension.

All games, sports bets, and wagering activities on the mrcuci88 Platform are governed by the individual game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to each product, which are made available within the Platform interface. The following general rules apply across all wagering activities:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform system. mrcuci88 is not responsible for errors resulting from a Player's misinterpretation of odds, markets, or game rules.
• mrcuci88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game affected by technical malfunction, data feed error, or where the outcome was determined before the bet was accepted.
• Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is formally accepted and confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance, not at the time of initial viewing.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the Player's Account. Winnings from a malfunctioned round will not be paid.
• mrcuci88 applies standard Asian handicap and Over-Under rules to all football markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and other covered competitions.
• Live betting markets (in-play) are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the sportsbook operator without prior notice.

mrcuci88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or number of bets that any Player may place on any single event or within any given time period, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mrcuci88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

1. Registering an Account using false, misleading, or another person's personal information.
2. Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
3. Accessing the Platform on behalf of any person who is under 21, self-excluded, or otherwise ineligible.
4. Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinating bets across accounts, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
5. Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
6. Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform to process illicit funds.
7. Threatening, harassing, or abusing any mrcuci88 staff member or other Platform user.
8. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or modify any part of the Platform's software or systems.
9. Circumventing any Platform security measure, including account access controls, withdrawal verification, or geographic restriction mechanisms.
10. Placing bets with knowledge of a predetermined, corrupted, or fixed outcome (match-fixing).

mrcuci88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, AML compliance requirements, or at the Player's own request.

A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting mrcuci88 Customer Support via Live Chat. Upon closure, any remaining eligible cash balance will be returned to the Player following successful identity verification and subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, mrcuci88 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending a full investigation. Where the investigation substantiates the breach, mrcuci88 may forfeit some or all balance in accordance with the nature of the violation.

mrcuci88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to assisting Players who may be experiencing difficulties related to problem gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration notifications to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary Account suspension of 24 hours to 90 days without formal self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Using the mrcuci88 brand name, logo, or any Platform content in any commercial context.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any Platform software.

Any unauthorised use of mrcuci88's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mrcuci88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services thereon.
• Any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in Platform operation, including during game sessions or live betting events.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data by third parties.
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, whether resulting from game outcomes, technical errors, or Player error.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals resulting from third-party payment processor issues beyond our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded at law, mrcuci88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mrcuci88 holds its international gaming licence.
